CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policies & Rules Appointment Confirmation & Deposit -A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book services and/or multi-service appointments. -The deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward your final service cost. -If you cancel with proper notice, you may transfer your deposit to a future appointment (subject to availability). -No refunds will be issued for deposits under any circumstances. Cancellation & Rescheduling -For single-service appointments: at least 24 hours’ notice is required. -For extended or multi-service appointments: at least 48 hours’ notice is required. -Rescheduling is only allowed once per appointment without penalty if within the required notice window. -If notice is insufficient, cancellation fees apply (see section 3). Late Arrival, Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show Fees -If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and you will be charged accordingly. -Same-day cancellations will forfeit 100% of the deposit. -No-shows are charged 100% of the full service or package cost. -For spa packages or multiple-service bookings: you may be charged up to 100% of the total package cost for cancellations made 72 hours or less before the scheduled service date or for no-shows. Payments -Remaining balances are due at the time of service. -TYME Studios reserves the right to refuse future bookings for repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or unprofessional conduct. Courtesy & Professionalism -Respectful behavior toward all staff and clients is required. -Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and 100% of the service cost will be charged. -If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of any contagious illness coming on, please reschedule in advance. Health Changes & Service Eligibility -You must disclose any changes in health, medications, or skin conditions before your appointment. -Services may be modified or declined for your safety if contraindications are present. Service Results & Aftercare -TYME Studios provides professional, high-quality services, but results vary depending on individual skin, health, and lifestyle factors. -You must follow all professional aftercare instructions. -TYME Studios is not responsible for reactions resulting from withheld health information or failure to follow aftercare guidance.
